Why is J-Hope called Hobi?
For example, the name 'Namjoon' would be addressed as 'Namjoon-ie' (i.e: 남준이 어딨냐?= Namjoonie euditnya?= Where is Namjoon?) So as for J-Hope, in Korean it would be 'Je-ee-Hob' and they just take the end of 'Hope/Hob' and attach the -ie at the end to call him 'Hobi' which pretty much is just 'Hope-ie'.Apr 2, 2017
